I hope you got a good deposit because that is yours for sure. If they don’t get the money have your agent relist the house. Depending on your market it might be worth while to rent some furniture now that your house is vacant. Try not to panic, there is the expectation that it will be a seller’s market until July 1st, as people try to beat the HST. You might well come out of this pocketing this buyer’s deposit and selling your house for even more.
