I current company 5 months. 3 months job, manager initial review tt tk ts we gg performance improvement plan. Later, told ts gotten better, nd improve. week, ft official review results sd meet expectations. mentioned tt ty wd discussion HR recommendation cd stay, transferred job fired. Ty meeting wh HR week sick stomach trying guess outcome be.
I he bn extremely busy getting assigned projects, wonder sounds le wl fired.
At time, told wk wh woman senior coaching mechanism. However, feel slowly transition projects temporarily, we ty fd replacement.
There job description company website similar mine.
Recently, rest team moved exception girl me. En th moving relocation process happening, weird tt sl bn told moving not. person levl moved either.
I wishy-washy answer. sd talking HR determination.
My boss EXTREMELY nice recently. bad sign?

hmm…it sound to me like the management is giving you a test if you can perform at a higher level and at a better efficiency rate than you were before (by giving you more work to complete). and giving you a coach could just mean that they may have hope for you yet, or as you say, they may be transitioning your job to your coach.
the safe route to take would be to look for other jobs, JUST IN CASE. but don’t let your manager know that you’re looking, in case you’re wrong and they’re keeping you on. and regarding the team members that moved on, leaving you and another girl, it may not mean anything. they may have different plans for you…
