Receiving unemployment benefits, then comes 3 job offers.?
Here’s situation: interviewed wh 3 companies -
Company 1 – ts job lead tt week job ry want. er heard fm position wh companies interviewed lt 3 months. interview scheduled 2 weeks. sponsor company for, senior level position manage projects, limited travel bt all, kw hiring manager. dream job!
Company 2 – interviewed sponsor clients previously job. ar opportunity ce contacted interview wh client. interview scheduled w/ company 1. gt company local travel.
Company 3 – interviewed 3 months before. cl sr. director offered job, wh 2 levels bw prev position. cl ar interview scheduled w/ company 1 waiting official offer company 2.
Company 2 offered job interview company 1. Ty response week; however, w/ company 2 week also. worried tt rescind offer offer company 1, accepted company 2’s offer be company 1’s interview. start date 2 weeks.
Company 1’s interview ry manager telling interview job. ns salary analysis fm HR official offer. me decision accept ts position rescind acceptance job company 2. start date 7 weeks he wk relocation stuff personal matters.
Question – receive unemployment rescinded job acceptance company 2 started earlier date? job wh company 1 job offered me. 7 weeks, lr seek wk apply jobs job company 1. answers provide unemployment questions: refuse week? Well ya gotta be honest. One way around this when you have a situation that is hopping (and congrats on that) is to counter to the offer rather than refuse it – so, in the future, if you are faced with this, counter the offer with a high cash demand – and of course they will balk – and THEY will pull the offer – which leaves you in the clear.
