Dear first of all it depends on how lavishly you live b’cose if your kids will study in international schools like uk , us and Australian schools they r very expensive while others r cheaper eg Dubai English High School and DPS approx 30,000 DHS /- pa to 35,000 DHS/- (appro 3 lac to 4 lac INR/-) per child and also also if you have to pay for the accommodation included that comes round approx 120,000 DHS/-pa plus cost of health care, transport and living expenses .
But dear you have not mentioned that company is going to pay you for early Air Fare and Visa processing and all if not you have to bear those expenses also.
To live in high life dubai you need to get the salary of at least 25-30,000 DHS/- per month. If the company is ready to bear all the expenses then the salary for a middle class should be 10-12,000 DHS/- pm + Air Fare twice a year so that you can save a decent amount.
