I offer fm company ty sent written offer email. looking over, tn me verbal offer company wk for. sending written offer well, tt negotiate relocation package sign offer. Here’s question: company sends written offer letter (that ly choose negotiate regards relocation assistance) ft offer company oy feel luke warm about? ft company ws answer Friday extension huge company meeting Monday wh address response senior partners. company wt wk though, wl ly he answer at relocation negotiation written form Friday, wl he gl offer letter then. Wt do???!!! don’t wt jobless!!

    Accept the first job offer in writing. That will buy you time.

    Then see if an agreement can be reached with your second "dream" job. That offer has not been formally extended until you get it in writing, and even then, they may not want to meet your terms on the relocation package.

    You can always apologize sincerely to the other position and withdraw your acceptance on Monday or Tuesday once you know for sure. It is considered "rude" I will admit, but be assured they have a second choice lined up in the background.
